We are a business compliance company founded by business lawyers David Senawi and Anthony Bologna. We are looking to break the law firm model and offer businesses an affordable, seamless, and stress-free way to keep up to date with new legislation and requirements for small businesses. We have spent years counseling small business owners with complex matters and immediately recognized the need to provide all small businesses with a direct solution for the Beneficial Ownership Information FinCEN compliance. The two teamed up with software engineer Ryan Clodfelter (CTO) to create a streamlined and secure online platform for small businesses. Our collective mission is efficient and hassle-free compliance and to take away the administrative burden and costs of small businesses.
